Carpet cleaning

The actual cleaning operation itself, which is used in both domestic and commercial settings, follows a ten step process as follows:
Steps: 1

Comb Pile

The first step in our carpet cleaning process - To separate and release matted pile for more effective dust extraction.
Steps: 2

Power Vacuum

The second part of the carpet cleaning process is - To extract dust, grit and other dry soil to prevent turning dust into muddy residue.
Steps: 3

Treat Stains

Prior to main cleaning operation, we pre-treat spots and stains with a special conditioner or stain remover.
Steps: 4

Spray Pre-treatment

To separate and release matted pile for more effective dust extraction.
Steps: 5

Deep Clean

Using a high pressure hot water extraction (HWE) machine, we clean deep into your carpet by shooting the cleaning solution deep down at high pressure. This helps to break up the dirt, bacteria and pollens in the carpet. The machine then produces a huge vacuum volume to draw the dirt and chemicals out of your carpet.
Steps: 6

Residue Rinse

We also use the HWE machine to ensure a residue free rinse that helps to retard re-soiling.
Steps: 7

Hand Cleaning

All edges, stairs and any other inaccessible areas are cleaned by hand using appropriate method.
Steps: 8

Realign pile whilst carpet still damp using special pile brush.
Steps: 9

Ensure adequate ventilation and/or introduce mechanical air mover to speed up drying time.
Steps: 10

Protector Pads

Furniture is replaced only when necessary and placed on waterproof protective pads or blocks to minimize the risk of colour stain from furniture to carpet.
